After earning my Ph.D., I accepted an adjunct professor role at Brighton College, where I continued to teach American history. I developed course syllabi, selected source materials, graded assignments, and held additional discussion sessions for students eager to deepen their understanding of historical topics. My commitment to student success fostered an increase in engagement, and over time, the undergraduate history department saw a steady growth of approximately 20 students per year.

Beyond classroom instruction, I have actively contributed to historical research and academic discourse. I have presented at national conferences on revolutionary-era political thought and have published articles in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, my experience mentoring students in research projects has reinforced my belief in the importance of fostering critical thinking and analytical skills in future historians.
